Reminds me of when I'd volunteer for blood drives, and so many would happen at law enforcement orgs (Border Patrol, Army Recruiting, Police), and every stupid pig would come by and tell me flirtaciously they'd rather take a bullet than get pricked by the needle.

They're in such denial. They wont even allow themselves to consider the fact that viruses can cause lasting damage (my dad had heart problems later in life bc of a childhood virus, one that was mild at the time mind you). Everything they attribute to the vaccine can be applied to covid. I'm so over having to be at the mercy of other peoples' maladaptive coping skills.

It infuriates me. I'm in pregnancy groups and so many moms are proud to be unvaccinated.

I actually got the flu last year (in ducking September, 2 days after the vaccine, before it was effective) and I was so sick. I had a 104 for five days and got pneumonia. If I were pregnant, it would've been disastrous for the baby!
