I bet they were not bothered by the age of leading men, though!

Getting fired at 79 is really rough - her odds of getting hired for a similar position elsewhere are slim :|

OK but realistically at 79 she needs to be enjoying her golden years and getting plowed at the Sandals Resort of her choice

Some people just really like their jobs lol my aunt is around that age and she tried retiring but she got depressed and went back to work. Her husband passed away some years ago and her kids don't live in the country so I guess it's understandable (plus she really really likes her job lol)

I volunteer with the Friends of the Library and one of the women I work for puts in 6 hrs of work a day it's insane, other people also come in multiple days a week

A lot of people don't know what to do with themselves after retirement. Most have been working at one job or another since they were teens.
