-Without A$AP Rocky present, his lawyers successfully argued for jury selection to take place on January 21, 2025, rather than November 12 because the rapper is headlining the Rolling Loud music festival in Thailand next month.
-Superior Court Judge Mark S. Arnold asked the rapper's lawyer if Rihanna would attend the trial so that they could make security accommodations.Tacopina said he doesn't know, but "I almost guarantee not every day," CBS News reports.
-Rocky has pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm after allegedly firing shots at rapper A$AP Relli in November 2021. If convicted on all charges, he could get up to 24 years in prison.
