it's different when she was trying to be a pop star and was taking every and any opportunity to be all "look at me!" while also treating her co-workers like lesser-thans.

she has talent and has been working hard at putting together an excellent stage career, so, it would seem she's let go of a lot of the asshole behaviour that she was becoming infamous for when she was in pcd and x-factor. easier to let go of the hatred when the person is not as visible as they once were, don't seem as fame hungry and are doing good work.
