I wish I could do something more permanent about my hollow tear troughs. A surgical implant seems excessive though.

I wish I’d had a better experience with the fillers.

i have yet to see anything of the tear troughs that actually works longterm and/or doesn't migrate or make you look off.

Mine didn’t migrate but they just weren’t super worth it. They don’t last long and there was some pain and tenderness in the area even after they settled. The woman also told me I wouldn’t look bruised at all and I absolutely looked like I got in a fight for like 2 days.

They looked great but it seemed like a risky area to have done every 6 months. Some plastic surgeons won’t even do them anymore due to the area having a high risk of injury if they stick the wrong spot.

What exactly did you get? I have the worst hereditary hollow circles. Fat transfer sounds somewhat ok, but even your own fat can disappear after a few months and they don't do that surgery in my country..

I got fillers. I believe restalyne but I don’t recall. I think because mine are actually genetically hollow and it’s not an age thing that’s why I don’t have the migration issues. I still would be careful about overfilling though.

Interesting! My other concern is that my undereye skin is so thin, that's why my circles are so dark, so I think anything that goes wrong would be super visible. Oh, well.

I think if your skin is too thin they won’t do it anyway. If your skin is very thin you’re def not a good candidate.
