Nickelodeon actor Cooper Barnes, primarily known for his role in Henry Danger, has found himself in the middle of a legal battle between his wife (actress Liz Stewart) and their neighbor, Jessica Ray.
According to court documents, Liz is suing Jessica, claiming the single mother moved into their condo complex and started to try and seduce her husband. Liz alleges that Jessica has been sending inappropriate texts to Cooper, and trying to get him to spend time alone with her.
"Have your wife put your daughter to bed while you come to the jacuzzi with me, so we can talk alone," read one alleged text. Liz also claims Jessica texted her husband to "come over and help me open this bottle of wine" and claims Jessica tried to get a photo of him by texting, "I love toilet selfies."
The suit also claims Jessica has made desperate attempts to get Cooper's attention, such as playing cornhole near their home and showing up to the community pool to their daughter's birthday party in a revealing bikini, leaving her own child behind.
Liz says Jessica's actions also risk damaging Cooper's career, since he's a well-known figure in children's television. Cooper's wife is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and is going after Jessica for damages.
