I'm not in the 1D fandom so idk how true this is but I saw on twitter that 2 of the security guards from the 1D days went to Argentina with Liam's dad to help with bringing Liam's body home. Is that true?

I don't know but it's very possible. Their individual security guards were with them for years and they were very close. Paddy O'Brien was Liam's, it wouldn't surprise me one bit.

It was filmed and is on YT. Liam's father stopped and looked at the shrine/memorial built by fans in front of the hotel where it happened and put his hand to one of the photos of Liam on there (kissed his hand, then touched the photo). Poor guy, it's so sad to see a parent mourn their child.
