This is a nice commemoration from Chris Hayes about Shaban Al Dalu who died in the Israeli airstrike on the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. Just be aware that the content of his death is graphic and from like 2:49 to 3:39, there is video from the fire broke out and captures Shaban in his last moments, so either skip that timeframe or have the audio on while on another tab.

Shaban, like so many other countless Palestinians should still be alive today if the US had only used the leverage they had to stop sending Israel weapons for breaking international law. Instead, Biden continued to let Israel get whatever they wanted and do whatever they wanted. And I have absolutely not faith whatsoever that Harris will do anything different than what Biden is doing now. She's going to let the genocide continue to happen all so "Israel can defend itself."

Same. I don't know how I can see countless Palestinians dying in ways like this and somehow be expected to be enthusiastic about voting for Kamala. I'm voting for her because I don't want abortion to be illegal on a national scale, but that's it. I'm not volunteering for her or donating money to her. My time/money can be better spent on supporting Palestinians and Lebanese people right now.

He's been on mine too. I feel so angry and powerless, and also guilty because my tax dollars are contributing to it.

Families wiped out, so many people dead. And there's no end, it's getting worse everyday.

Everything just feels so pointless and I feel like a piece of shit complaining about things in my life when they are in a living hell. I'm bitching about being tired and not feeling like making my lunch. Like how dare I feel this way. I don't know how these politicians live with themselves.
