I doubt the general public cares now that the initial controversy is over. Sophia has more mainstream clout compared to Ali Krieger.

I just hope she's not intended as a love interest for Amelia (not when Monica is right there) or, god forbid, post-Mika Jules, because then we'll have to deal with her relating her story/character to her own queer journey~ even more.

Oh, I figured that Adelaide was referring to Jules/Mika, she said that she wanted them to become canon so she'd finally get to have a female love interest. At least she got her wish (but at what cost...sob)
