Allegedly the hotel said he was exhibiting erratic behavior earlier in the day.

The TMZ report says he had been behaving erratically in the lobby earlier, he smashed his laptop and had to be carried to his room.

So it sounds like he wouldn't have been steady on his feet in any case. I think it's easier to fall off a balcony than people think, especially if you've been drinking/are high. Who knows?

yes, it's so easy to fall off! I really think balcony railings need to be chest level or above. this celebrity in the Philippines fell from his balcony while just laughing with his friends, he tried to sit on it and just lost his balance.

Same. I just looked up the person who did the thumbs down and they haven't made a comment in years, according to the "entries" page. Bizarre. I've noticed this happening a lot lately. People who never engage in a discussion are just leaving negative emojis. Weird.

Also in this case, the third floor may really be the fourth, if the lobby is considered the ground floor and they don't start numbering until the second floor but they call it the first. So he may have fallen farther than people initially thought.

i dont think so either tbh. hes mentioned in the passed that hes had severe suicidal thoughts before and it seems he has relapsed so it was all aligning if this is the case

If it was an accident, it sounds like it might have been caused by drug/alcohol abuse or a mental episode.

It it wasn't an accident, the cause was likely the same.

Either way, it's a shame.

And I know he was abusive, but I can't with people who act like this was his "due punishment".

He hasn't been doing too well, and it probably didn't help that his ex was planning on taking legal action (his ex's dad is a pretty damn good lawyer with connections) just a few days ago for the alleged abuse and for allegedly using his fans to attack her. I'm sure he was very overwhelmed with everything that was coming out about him.
