I think they have to list their nationality not ethnicity. Japan prohibits dual citizenship after age 21 so she probably only has French citizenship

I was thinking that but then that would mean Mia Armstrong was stateless which confused me even more bc then she wouldn't be able to apply for work visas in foreign countries
