SM reverses their decision; RIIZE Seunghan to leave the group
A direct follow-up to this post. This morning, 2 days after announcing his return, SM has suddenly announced that they would be reversing their earlier decision and have RIIZE Seunghan exit the group for good.

First, we sincerely apologize for the great distress and confusion caused to Briize by the announcement of Seunghan’s return on the 11th.
During discussions about RIIZE’s future as six members, we reflected deeply on the best way forward. In that process, we couldn’t preserve the precious time and trust shared between RIIZE, the members, and Briize, and we are especially regretful for not being able to deliver this decision earlier and in a better manner.
As you know, Seunghan’s return was made after much thought and consideration. We believed that showing the reunited RIIZE growing stronger as a team once more would be the best way to bring happiness to both the artists and fans, so we made the decision after long deliberation.
However, after announcing the return, we saw many responses and opinions from fans, which made us realize the complexity and different views. We acknowledge that our decision has brought confusion to many, and we apologize deeply for that.
At the same time, we respect Seunghan’s decision, as well as the members’ and fans’ opinions. After deep consideration, we have decided that Seunghan will leave RIIZE. This is to respect his wishes and the future of the group.
We will continue to support Seunghan in pursuing his dreams and talents.
Above all, we appreciate the fans who have supported RIIZE. We deeply understand the difficult situation the group is in and the hard work of the six members who remain. We will do everything in our power to ensure their continued growth and success.

hello, it’s seunghan.
i know that a lot of people are taking my return to promote seriously, and i, too, am aware of the seriousness of this situation.
as i deeply reflected, i began to worry and feel sorry, wondering if i had only been too focused on my own thoughts until now, if i was causing too much trouble for the members and the company, and whether if it's truly okay for me to be part of a team like riize, which deserves to be loved by people.
that’s why, i feel that leaving the team might be the best decision for everyone. i don’t want to cause any more confusion or pain to the fans, nor do i want to cause any more trouble for the members and the company.
i would like to express my gratitude to the company, and the members who made efforts to give me another chance. even though i am lacking in so many ways, i want to apologize and thank those who have supported me until now.
i truly do not want the relationship between riize and briize, who have been supporting each other and growing together to worsen because of me. it really breaks my heart to see fans, who are more than enough just by loving riize, fighting with each other because of me.
i sincerely hope that the riize that i love will continue to receive even more love in the future, and i will support them sincerely.
