I want to be hopeful, but I doubt she's going to win. I just want to get this over with and try to somehow survive the next four years.

I'm really wondering how it will shake out. She's popular but Trump's supporters are fully insane. I think even if she does win, it's going to be bad. idk if they would try another January 6 or what but obviously the Trumpers will be angry and out for blood.

No. That is a losing strategy. Black men do not need to be lectured or talk down to about their vote. I don’t know maybe somebody reached out to the majority of white women who are going to vote for Trump. What we’re not gonna do if Kamala loses is blame Black people.

That is my fear unfortunately. I'm seeing a lot of racist and misogynistic comment against a female president. Nia from Dance Moms posted a photo with her, and just all of the comments were horrible. I am very worried. Plus I live in a very red area in CA, and they are still very pro-trump. We may very well have an all maga run city council who they already have the majority. I am terrified.

I think she has a good shot at winning in spite of her campaign. She was performing so much better pre-convention by aggressively contrasting herself as different from Trump, "not going back," channeling the corny hope-y/change-y Obama 2008 stuff but it was working

I think I have ptsd from Trump/Hillary. This feels very similar.
