I do understand these things can be annoying; however even most of us normies don’t react to such things by blasting the company online. Most of us just get on with our day.

But she thought she’d use her wealth and celebrity to get special attention over it which wouldn’t be afforded to most consumers which is what makes me roll my eyes over it.

Her arguments aren’t invalid just really ott given the degree of her and her husband’s wealth and on top of that JetBlue replied to her in the thread and she said she’d already been in touch with them.

To be fair (not that I think she's right about doing this over in-flight entertainment lol), a lot of companies wont do shit if you reach out throught the normal channels. But the second you blast them on social media, suddenly they're willing to work with you.
