During a hearing today, Judge Arun Subramanian (who was reassigned the case earlier this month, replacing Andrew L. Carter Jr.) set a trial date for May 5, 2025. Prosecutors noted that they believe their case will take three weeks to argue, while Diddy’s lawyers said they’d need about a week to make their case.
His second appeal of the previous judge's decision to deny him bail is still pending.
