Some people are implying that she's basically in charge of the majority of related productions and you have to be "her person" to get into the auditions, so it is difficult for new people who aren't in her circles when there aren't that many opportunities either way.

I googled her, and only see praise, but I discovered she's not even of Native blood AND I'm shocked she had nothing to do with Killers of the Flower Moon, since it's one of the biggest film dealing with Native American history in recent times.
