They don't have enough. But I'm willing to share with the Outers. Just less Moon family overtaking the entire series

They're essentially meat shields for Sailor Moon, so yeah. I'd love more focus on Outer and Inner.

I'll compromise. 60% Inners (because they are around more, so they should have more of a spotlight) and 40% Outers.

But no wider a spread than that!
