Justice for Nicolette Sheridan!!

Teri Hatcher will always be Lois to me yet now whenever I see her I think about her “cooking” video where she made a healthy alternative to potato chips and she just sliced some cucumbers 🫠

Teri Hatcher was the best Lois Lane, hands down.

I can’t say who was the best Lois Lane but her and Margot Kidder are my faves.

Dean Cain is a POS but I enjoyed his Clark/Superman. The whole cast of that show was honestly amazing.

It really is a shame how Dean turned out since he was a great Clark/Superman. Not to mention our first Superman who was half Asian.

He/Teri definitely had THE MOST ICONIC promotional photos out of ALL OF THEM.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think Cain is half Asian. I think his father was biracial.

You’re right, according to wiki:
Through his biological father, Cain is partly of Japanese descent, with the rest of his ancestry being Welsh, Irish and French Canadian. Cain has said of his biological father, whom he never met: "He's not the kind of man I want to be. He was an unfaithful husband and not much of a father."

Also didn’t realize his surname is from his adoptive father.

Yeah, I think he’s 1/3 Japanese and tbh, I’m not sure if he was meant to be in Lois and Clark? I can’t remember it ever being mentioned that Clark was different to his parents (before people knew he was adopted). I feel like he was still playing a white Superman. Happy to be corrected on that though. It’s been a while since I saw the whole show.

I can’t speak for the OC but I think they more were talking about him being casted rather than the actual character being biracial. Unless I’m reading your comment wrong as well.

Oh maybe. I thought they meant the character!

Although yeah, thinking about it that makes sense since Superman isn’t even from Earth 😂

lol yeah I was talking about his casting, not as Clark the character

My dumbass was all “hmm, I wonder if one of his bio parents was meant to be Japanese”, when I know they’re not even from Earth 😂

I’m getting dumber with age.

I have so many “dumbass” moments, I get you. I actually have a story to support that but you need to hear it to get it, basically a (very smart) friend tried making me feel better after a brain fart over a simple word she grossly mispronounced.

Initially, LeVine so strongly felt that Dean Cain was too young for the part of Clark Kent/Superman that after Cain finished his audition and left the room, she snapped at the casting director, "We're casting Superman, not Superboy!"[6] However, after auditioning over a hundred prospects with none of them standing out as perfect for the role, Cain was included among the handful who got a callback for the part. Kevin Sorbo was the runner up for the part and was nearly cast in the role until the producers changed their minds and went with Cain.[22] Levine said what ultimately won Cain the role was his reading for the scene where Clark talks with Jonathan Kent about feeling he does not fit in.[6]
