My mom is so out of touch with music. lol She saw this on the news yesterday and asked me if Bruce Springsteen was a country singer (I guess thinking maybe this endorsement would help with the country music listening crowd?)

In the house? None. My mom is not really a music person. My dad is DEFINITELY not a music person. He likes driving in total silence or listening to the AM news station for traffic reports.

In the car when driving locally? The local oldies station, KRTH 101. Which at the time, I don't think they played music past 1970? So like top 40 songs from the 60s.

On road trips? John Denver and The Carpenters, lmao. She had a CD that was a compilation of singer-songwriters of the 1970s that she liked a lot.

... I listened to my Walkman in the car from the age of like 12 onward, lmao.
