It was originally kept quiet by CBS (they did end up having to pay Eliza what she would have made had she not been wrongfully fired). But Times Magazine (I believe) broke the story. Eliza didn't comment because of the NDA. Then Michael Weatherly made some comment about it and she was like "if he can break the NDA, so can I" and came out with the whole story.

It was very detailed. And some of the harassment was caught on camera. That was never released. But they (CBS and Weatherly) actually tried to use it to make HER look bad in arbitration when it proved what she had claimed about Weatherly's behavior.
