Harper says that while filming their road trip together, they were at a basketball game and the governor of Indiana (who is, in Harper's words, "not very kind to trans people") wanted a picture with Will so badly that he "dropped all his principles."

Kristen Bell was the other guest on Seth's show last night. When she came out for her interview, Seth said that he met all three of them (Will, Harper, and Kristen) in 2001. Kristen said that she also met Will in 2001 because her friend was interning at SNL so Kristen would sneak in every weekend to watch the show and go to the after parties. Her friend Bob loved Will Ferrell so Kristen offered to introduce him to Will even though she had never met Will before. She walked right up to Will and introduced Bob to him. She said Will played along and was very gracious and did not tell Bob that he had no idea who Kristen was.
