That felt like a lot of words to say nothing. Or maybe I just have a hard time finding forgiveness for 'both sides' idiots like her when my, and millions of others, basic human rights are on the line. I don't expect or need an actual endorsement. Just don't spread the idiotic false equivalency that both sides are the same when, for all the failings of the democratic party, that couldn't be further from the fucking truth.

Things are getting worse, we have to make them better. It's time to give a damn, let's work together. Come on now

You can mock me all you want. I don’t give a shit what some rando on ONTD thinks of me. I’m voting to protect my human rights no matter what you say or do. 🥰

Yea if you're going to say that you need to talk in specifics. The way politics are discussed online is largely unhelpful and I wish people were more measured in what they say.

IDK how anyone is OK with themselves framing this (serious) issue in the context of this election tbh, like Putin and Jong Un's BFF is going to be better than the candidate who is at the very least vocally supporting a ceasefire? Wild

Yeah I can't believe people aren't giving Kamala credit for "vocally supporting a ceasefire" by continuing to ship weapons, provide political cover and spread racist propaganda on behalf of Israel! Wild

Yeah, that’s not what I’m saying at all, and you’re conflating that with the point I’m making. The two are not mutually exclusive, and you are 100% a part of the problem, but enjoy Gilead when you can’t voice your opinion or vote at all ♥

Like THE OTHER OPTION IS A DICTATORSHIP BABY, do you think genocides end in those? The math isn't mathing

xo_infinite_xo September 25 2024, 14:45:09 UTC
The two are absolutely mutually exclusive as Israel would not be able to continue their assault on Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon without the material and political support of the Biden adminstration.

But you're right, I'm the problem, not the people complicit in genocide!

The continual conflation of genocidal complicity with wanting Harris in office is a choice, and a very ignorant one. You do realize this?

Let me be clear if not: Both options will likely continue what is happening or make it worse. But one option keeps a society where we can vote and still be free to pressure for an end to said genocide.

If you think another Trump administration would be better on this issue - not even just better, but better to the point of sacrificing everything it would mean to sacrifice, including the ability to vote - keep on it. By allll means

I'm talking about Kamala and the Biden administration's complicity in the genocide, you know the people who have the power to stop it, but go off.

If you think another Trump administration would be better on this issue

Literally who is saying this? I don't take issue with people voting for Kamala given the other options, I do take issue with people like you who rather criticize those who oppose genocide than those who are complicit in it. Just say you don't care, suggesting Kamala supports a ceasefire and that her election will somehow be an improvement is an obvious lie.

I mean you acknowledge that Kamala is the better choice but them still condemn people for voting for her.

What exactly is it that you want people to do? Most people acknowledge that voting for Harris will not end the genocide but it will at least have some other positive effects. Whereas a vote for Trump still allows genocide as well as a whole host of other awful shit here and abroad.
