Veronica Mars quietly celebrates 20th anniversary

-The show was hailed as the new Buffy in terms of character/writing but would only last for 3 seasons though it became a cult hit that spawned a movie with funds raised by fans and even a reunion series that would tarnish its history.
-Bell reflected on the 20th anniversary of “Veronica Mars,” saying, “I’m very grateful for that project. It allowed me to discover who I am… It allowed me to discover my flow as a performer. It was also the hardest job I’ve had to date. That was before the union was enforcing any real rules and we were there for 17 hours a day… It was such a hard, physically demanding shoot.”
