Elon Musk is determined to see everything on Twitter.
Twitter/X will soon change the functionality behind its block button so that if you block an account, they will still be able to see your public posts, and this was confirmed by Local Man himself:

Something similar happened 10 years ago, where blocked users could still engage with an account, but the blocker couldn't see them. It was reversed.
