Pretty Little Liars actress Torrey DeVitto (40) and Jared LaPine (34) were married on September 14. Her Vampire Diaries costar Arielle Kebbel (who has known Torrey since they were 12 years old) and her Chicago Med costar Marina Squerciati were two of the ten bridesmaids. Ian Harding (aka Ezra Fitz) who costarred with Torrey on both Pretty Little Liars and Chicago Med attended the wedding along with fellow Chicago Med cast members Nick Gehlfuss and S. Epatha Merkerson. Singer Jessie Baylin and actor Timothy Granaderos were also guests at the wedding.
Torrey's cousin introduced the couple in April 2023, they began dating in May 2023, and they made their relationship Instagram official in June 2023. A few months later, he proposed at her Michigan farm on Labor Day weekend 2023. In May 2024, they announced they were expecting a baby girl in November 2024.
Torrey was previously married to her Vampire Diaries costar Paul Wesley from 2011 to 2013 (he went on to date their TVD costar Phoebe Tonkin for four years, married Ines de Ramon who is now dating Brad Pitt, and then moved on to model Natalie Kuckenburg who was 22 when she started dating 40 year old Paul). Torrey's father, Liberty DeVitto, was Billy Joel's drummer (Torrey's middle name is Joël) from 1976 until 2006. Torrey said her family spent part of her childhood traveling with her dad while he was on tour. She spent every Thanksgiving at Billy Joel's house and grew up with Billy's daughter Alexa, who is about a year younger. Torrey's mom Mary was best friends with Stevie Nicks. They met while they were both working at Mann Theaters in Los Angeles. Mary met Liberty when he was playing on Stevie's tour. Torrey learned to play the violin as a child and she later played at Christie Brinkley's 1996 wedding to Peter Cook. She also played on Stevie Nicks' 2011 album In Your Dreams and Raphael Saadiq's 2004 Ray Ray album. When Torrey was 15, Christie Brinkley introduced her to an agent and Torrey began modeling.
