I pirated it. Like I do with all albums I don’t wanna support but curious about. And I don’t think it’s…that bad. There are some bops, but it feels dated like, like I think it would have actually hit if she released it instead of Smile. It’s fine for a lil yan yan yan around the house. Anyways Nelly Furtado has an excellent album she just dropped and I had no idea about until I saw a tweet. It’s superior and definitely worth a listen.

I liked Nelly's album but most of the songs are sooo short though! Like when you're getting into a song and it's at 1:57 and then it starts fading out already...

I hate this trend of songs that are 2:30 long with no bridge. I need it to end last month.

Right?! And some of Nelly's tracks were sub 2:30 as well. At times it felt like previews of the tracks rather than the whole thing. She had better drop an extended edition 😂

Which is weird because I honestly didn’t notice right away with her. I think there was just more workmanship and thought into the songs tbh.

it's really not as bad as people are making it out to be but it's what she gets for the dr.luke collab.

Seriously. But is it me or do the lyrics seem AI generated? Something about it feels so…hollow?
