I don't mean any disrespect, but I have noticed a significant blind spot for rap/hip-hop, especially female rappers who are known hitmakers in these posts

hmm... i'll grant you there is only one rapper in this post, and the same went for last week. but otherwise i call bullshit.

okay. again, i was trying not to be disrespectful, but it is a repeated pattern i have noticed overtime, and i specifically remember you once said you excluded remixes that included new verses which is a frequent practice for rap songs and a method to bolster their popularity.

i know how hard it is to make posts, i have stopped making them because it is so time consuming, but i ask you to examine this blind spot and why you felt defensive when it was pointed out to you.

you're right about the remixes, and you make a good point. but it's nothing against any genre of music. and i'm not defensive, just slightly peeved because you're claiming there is a blind spot when i provided evidence to the contrary.

i specifically started doing the female rap posts because it was a consistent gap i noticed. i don't want to put down your hard work but i have noticed a lot who have been overlooked, so i'd just encourage you to expand your horizons and diversify your sources because it is a blind spot, you're just not seeing it, ergo the name

I'm stuck in my world of 80s-2010s music, so I'm behind on what's out there, and I just discovered Glo. I've seen her interview with Shay Shay lol I love what I've been hearing, and I look forward to her album. I love how she, Meg, and Cardi all are besties and that she and Cardi are cousins
