I love her Christmas EP! It's cute.

I'm also realizing she plays up the Loilta shit a lot too like Ariana. She doesn't get called out for it as much.

I feel like Sabrina kinda gets away with it cause she doesn't look as youthful as Ariana did when she was doing it. She wears heavier makeup than Ariana which give her more of an adult look and she doesn't play into child-like personality that Ariana does.

If anything I feel like she reads as an adult because she’s going with a glamour aesthetic that’s like… even their Wikipedia pictures are in black and white, you know? I think someone doing that the Lolita way would be more lyrically / committing to the bit like Lana.

I think Ari definitely had more of a high school styling, and her association with being seconds done with Nickelodeon on a tv show where she played a high schooler did not help her case.

Yeah I feel like some could say Sabrina goes out of her way to appear older and more mature imo ever since her last era, as she’s trying to break away creatively and brand-wise from when she was on a Disney label. Her whole look doesn’t read Lolita to me, it reads more 1950’s bombshell with the retro hair and styling. I actually wish she did look more grungy and Gen Z sometimes personally but she is beautiful!

idk I always felt people leveled the lolita criticism against ariana when they really just were criticizing her body type. she dressed hyperfeminine/girly and people said she was purposely baiting pedos which is just... I don't agree with. she was super young at the time, finding what makes you feel sexy & empowered is sort of a journey when ur in between girl/woman

i think sabrina looks more mature with her plastic surgery and makeup and most people didn't know her as a child star really, she's 25 now.

I mean she literally did an homage to 90's Lolita in a recent photoshoot and her current era styling favors the 60's version but I'm probably being bitter for pointing this out and the fact that she emphasizes how tiny and horny she is constantly is definitely very normal and not weird!
