Chappell Roan in Glasgow: fans lead chant to show support
Scottish fans of Chappell Roan showed up and showed out for the pop star on September 15th. Inside the sold-out show, fans led a chant to show their support and admiration for Roan: "Chappell! Chappell! Chappell fucking Roan!", the crowd roared.
Roan accepted the praise with a giggle and a demure "thank you". The chant was a play on the "Here we fucking go!" chant that was started by Glasgow concert-goers in the 90s; it is largely recognized as a term of endearment for performers taking the stage in Glasgow.
