I watched the revival for the first time at the beginning of the pandemic because I was so bored and it was… meh. None of the old cast added anything to the show either. But, like, girl… who was checking for you back then (or ever since What I Like About You, tbh)?? Why regret it?

Trying to be relevant after the most attention she'd gotten recently was for being banned from Shannen Doherty's funeral? I feel like all I've heard about her since WILAY (which I really liked) is that she was a constant mean girl behind the scenes. I will never get why people who are easily popular for conventional reasons (like being hot) waste their energy on being sh*t people to others.

There was no ONTD posts about it, but I heard on the radio, the same day the radio hosts played the new song of Shawn Mendes "why why why". So around that time frame, the host said it was reveal that there were two(?) people Shannen specified that she DID NOT want at her funeral. I didn't watch this show so I didn't recognized names the mentioned names. I was thinking of Toris Spelling in my head when they mentioned this lady name because I only know of Tori because of many posts about her no good husband

I could be wrong but I remember there being headlines right after Shannen died about how there were specific people she did not want attending her funeral. From what I read, Jennie and Shannen had made peace doing the con circuits and Shannen had said they were good. I think the banned thing people thought was about Alyssa Milano, as if she would have tried to go. There were probably a ton of people that Shannen knew would try to use her passing to get 5 mins of attention.

In January, Shannen talked about not wanting certain people to attend her funeral on her podcast. A lot of news outlets took the quote below and reported that Shannen had a list of people who were banned from her funeral. It may or may not be true but after she died, "sources" said that Jennie Garth and Alyssa Milano were not invited to Shannen's funeral.

"There's a lot of people that I think would show up that I don't want there. I don't want them there because their reasons for showing up aren't necessarily the best reasons. Like, they don't really like me and, you know, they have their reasons and good for them, but they don't actually really like me enough to show up to my funeral. [They'll show up] because it's the politically correct thing to do, and they don't want to look bad, so I kinda want to take the pressure off them and I want my funeral to be like a love fest. I don't want people to be crying or people to privately be like, 'Thank God that b**** is dead now.'"
