Danity Kane Member Dawn Richard Sues Diddy for Sexual Battery, Assault
Do, do you have a first aid kit handy...for Diddy's reputation and semblance of humanity? Because Dawn Richard, formerly of the girl group Danity Kane, is suing him for sexual battery and assault.
Richard's lawsuit alleges that Sean "Diddy" Combs verbally and sexually abused her, resulting in emotional distress. Richard co-starred in the MTV reality series "Making the Band," in which Combs searched America for members of a new girl group. She also states that she saw Diddy choke Cassie Ventura and throw a pan of hot eggs at her
Of course, Diddy's lawyer is being very classy by accusing her of making shit up for money: "Dawn Richard has now manufactured a series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a pay day - conveniently timed to coincide with her album release and press tour."
