From what I've heard here in Ohio, a woman (who is not an immigrant) in Ohio (but not Springfield) did kill and potentially ate a cat. It sounds like she was having a mental health issue at the time. There's also a picture of a black man holding a dead Canada goose in Columbus, but that's not a pet and no idea if it was roadkill (no one tell RFK jr) or bird flu or maybe he did kill it but we just don't know.
