He's been slamming Mike, Linkin Park and Talinda (Chester's wife) since Chester died, saying some really wild things (Mike and Talinda had an affair, Chester was murdered etc etc). Talinda has a restraining order against him. But grief is horrible and complicated so there's that.
My feelings are the last thing that matter here but this whole thing just makes me sad. Linkin Park was such a huge part of my life. I hate this.

Hearing he's been spreading conspiracies is disheartening. I guess that explains why Mike and his wife Anna seemed to have blocked him.

Yeah his instagram bio is "My father Chester Bennington did not die the way they said he did" :/
When Chester died there were a lot of conspiracy theories (same thing happened with Avicii and tWitch, and it's still going around) and it's sad because I feel like this just encourages people to keep spreading them.

Yeah, I don't pay attention to their kids (I'm not interested in their personal lives) but I came across some wild accusation he made a while back and ended up going to his IG where I saw that he had like a 3-hour video ranting about Talinda, his inheritance and who knows what else. I didn't watch all of it obvs but that was my exposure to his, uh, state of mind.

At some point Jaime also got really close to Chester's ex wife and she is even worse than him.
I didn't know anything about their personal lives (tbh I stopped listening to LP yeaaars ago so I had no idea what was going on with them or their music even) but when Chester died I was so upset I couldn't think about anything else for a few weeks so that's when I found out about it.

His own mother seems to have no contact anymore and was saying he isn't doing well.

Some mixed feelings for me, too. I'm not a huge fan of Mike's, but it feels weird people are saying he is ruining a legacy he is part of. Though I am unhappy with the direction LP is going now, I don't think groups should just end because a member dies or leaves. I know for a lot of people Chester is Linkin Park, but that also diminishes the other members' parts in it. I doubt Chester thought he himself was the only thing that mattered about the group.
