Carrie Coon says production on S3 of The Gilded Age has begun and compares working on the show to being at nerdy theater camp. She and her husband were both nominated for Emmys this year, but his category was at this weekend's creative awards ceremony and hers is at the regular ceremony next week. She and Seth talk about forgetting their wedding anniversaries. She said her new movie, His Three Daughters, costarring Natasha Lyonne and Elizabeth Olsen was shot in order from beginning to end, and that she didn't actually film her Avengers scene with Elizabeth Olsen.

While filming the upcoming season of The White Lotus in Thailand, she said one scene in particular was very challenging to shoot. The scene took place under a tree which only bears fruit one week each year and they happened to shoot it during that week so berries kept falling on them while they were shooting. On top of that, the cicadas were so loud that they couldn't shoot while they were making noise. They had to cut whenever they started up again and wait for them to quiet down. There were also frogs that were making noise and elephants roaring nearby while they tried to film the scene.
