I know it’s always been pretty bad but has Reddit gotten noticeably worse recently? It used to be more of an /all issue but even the usually chill hobby clubs have gotten really aggressive.

Reddit suggesting other subs doesn't help. You get suggestions for shitty posts from shitty subreddits on your feed and then assholes end up in the subreddits that you like. It just sucks.

imo /all is a lot better now if you have an account because you can just hide all the irrelevant and awful subs that pop up there from time to time

the problem with reddit has always been that subs can adopt a hive mind on certain topics and getting down voted enough for having an unpopular opinion can literally mean you can't post or comment in that sub anymore. fauxmois and popculturechat have kind of devolved lately
