lol I was bitten by my neighbor's cat two months ago when I tried to cut his nails

I couldn't open or close my hand more than this for 3 or 4 days. My hand has multiple scars now and sometimes it still hurts.


I swear no drugs were involved.

It happened at her house and she saw everything. My mom was there too. They both froze, I had to ask them for a blanket or something because he wouldn't let go of my hand.
There was quite a bit of blood and I was like "uh... mom I think I need to go to the hospital". My neighbor went with us and then went to the pharmacy with my mom and paid for uber and meds.

I’m glad but wow, that looks really bad. That cat might need sedatives for nail trims moving forward. One of my boys acts like I’m making an attempt on his life so it’s just easier to get him drunk first. Then he just lays his head on my arm as I trim.

Oh yeah, for sure. Poor kitty was so scared he even peed on me :(
She knew he was a little spicy (he had a really bad experience at the vet once, I didn't know at the time) but my oldest cat is spicy too and she never bites me. I trim all my four cats nails every two weeks and brush their teeth and they just complain a little but that's it.

it looked awful, the doc told me he was really glad I went to the hospital right away because a few days before that he saw someone with a little bite and it got so infected, he couldn't believe it.

I completely forgot about Bio oil! That's a good idea, thank you.

Omg!!!!! My friend's cat once bit me really hard for no reason and my doctor ordered a tetanus shot. But yours is much worse! If housecats suddenly became the size of large dogs, there would be so many fatalities.
