That would have been epic!! I’m rewriting history aka reverse That’s So Raven and they had a buddy comedy that wasn’t well received or a box office hit at the time BUT became a cult classic and now everyone quotes the film.

Or if through some handwavy reasons, Bel Air lawyer Phillip Banks was in Chicago and met cop Carl - meanwhile OG Aunt Viv and OG Hariette are just hanging out, Phil having to deal with Steve. Though it probably wouldn't have been long before Will made Steve go missing (omg! Jeff throwing Steve out!) We were robbed of this comedic goldmine

I could see Carlton trying to woo Laura until Myra showed up. They’d either be perfect for each other or TOO perfect where they’d be super in love for one episode then crash and burn just as quickly.

I rewatched a lot of family matters last year when I was sick with Covid and omg do the Winslows have every right to get mad at Steve…that kid is a menace! He’s sooo out of pocket lmao
