My struggle with this movie is that it just feels like The Joker and Lady Gaga, and that’s the only way I can describe my feelings about it.

From the reviews, it sounds more like Joker: Hollywood execs wants a sequel.

At least when The Matrix Resurrections attempted that after being coerced by WB, Lana Wachowski acknowledged that in every pore of the movie's existence (and it's better than what people say, I don't care, it's a good movie!).

i feel like everything i see her in is very "Lady Gaga Becomes An Actor™️" lol. tbf that's how i'd feel for a lot of musicians-turned-actors (looking at you too, harry)

"The Joker and Lady Gaga" sounds like a murder mystery from 1940 and would probably be way more engaging of a watch than whatever this is.
