Same. When I first heard of this movie, I thought it was going to be a horror/thriller. I'm not sure I wanna watch it anymore after seeing this trailer lol

Right like...woman who tries to reclaim her identity after becoming a mother but she claims the identity of a dog is interesting but I wanted darker.

It's been a long time, but I read the book and this feels so off from the book I remember. The book was absolutely batshit, but not in this campy way.
