so apparently no word yet on whether nathan, haley, or their devil spawn will return. tbh bethany joy lenz was always obviously the odd girl out in the drama queens podcast, so i can see her not returning. but then do they just pretend that nathan and the bad seed don't exist either? the kid was supposed to grow up into a basketball star, but the actor is only 5'1" (per google) irl, so they'll have to recast him or not have him on the show lol.

also... sophia and hilarie had the dumbest opinions on the drama queens podcast, acting like brooke/peyton was the great love story of the show. they obviously let their real-life friendship bleed into their takes regarding the show itself. makes me think they would be kinda shitty at overseeing the sequel. can't wait for brooke to come out as bi/gay, with sophia saying in interviews how she relates to it so much as a queer woman.

okay so I cannot stand Sophia anymore and I had to stop listening to the podcast because they all annoyed me so much buuuuuut to me Brooke and Peyton was the great love story of the show and my 18 year old self would die for a gay Brooke.

Sometimes bad people can lead to good things (for me).

* also, you and I will regret wishing for a gay Brooke when Sophia brings Ashlyn Harris to guest star as her love interest smh!

If I get a gay Brooke and she doesn't have a slow burn with Peyton it's almost worse for me.

Sophia is so tedious. I can't even think about the mullet.

I agree, their relationship stood out in the show. They had the same kind of mess as Gossip Girl with friends cheating but I think they did recover from it and really pushed how deep their friendship was unlike Blair and Serena ick. I haven't and probably could not revisit the show so maybe my memory is hazy but they were a highlight of the show for me (for me, the show was Nathan/Haley and Brooke solo and Brooke/Peyton friendship)

I was always team breyton, and I thought they actually had the best chemistry on the show even when they were fighting

I used to love Sophia Bush but I can not stand her anymore. It's been a big bummer.
