I've loved movies my whole life but I can understand why some people prefer different kinds of storytelling. It is a little strange to me when ACTORS don't like movies though. Like MBB saying she doesn't even watch movies and Tom Holland never having heard of Pedro Almodóvar is wild to me.

Are you a professional actor who makes films for a living though? I would assume that if you're in the filmmaking business you would have at least a baseline knowledge of famous filmmakers, but maybe not. Of course Tom Holland also thought that Martin Scorsese shouldn't speak on Marvel movies since he's never made one lmao.

"I'm a bit illiterate when it comes to films," Bale admitted. "I disappoint everybody with how little I know about film. I don’t think it matters. I don’t think you have to for what I do."
