Even in the hair world it is highly recommended to assist under a seasoned hairstylist for at least 2 years.
For the younger generation of celebrities I feel they just want the fame but don’t care to culminate the art/skills to become better actors or etc. like they want the clout, prestige and wealth without the art and passion.

just last week, a barely out of beauty school commission girl (who only started about a month ago) who I guess was around her 20s, quit on us cuz her family said they will fund her for opening up her own suite!!
I asked her for how long will they supplement her rent, utilities, inventory and etc….and she was like "i don't know….i guess until i develop my clientele????" 🤦♀️🤦 and when i asked her how she was going to culminate said clientele, she said "well if I can’t develop clients organically, i guess I can always ask 'FRIENDS & FAMILY' to become my clients"🤦🤦♀️🤦🤦♀️🤦🤦♀️
