There was a whole explanation about it when they broke into Sazz's apartment because she had a gallery of her x-rays prominently displayed. Charles talked about how she showcased the broken bones she was proudest of and said that she only got her joint replacements from Bulgaria because those are the best ones.

It’s so crazy how for such a ~cozy~ crime comedy, you really do have to pay attention! Any little thing can be a clue or even just a great joke.
