I quit after they introduced Lilith. Idgaf that it's the last season, I couldn't do it anymore. The show felt like such a slog that not even Pam could save it. Losing both Tara and Lafayette was too much.

The last I saw him, I think he left town after Tara's death? Idk if he came back after I stopped watching but the tone of the show completely changed after they killed Tara.

So I had to look it up because I only watched the story on and off during the last four seasons but picked it back up to watch most of the last season consistently, and I could have sworn I remembered Lafayette being a presence during the whole season. He did come back and apparently even got a happy ending with James the vampire. I guess it doesn't really matter but it does make me feel good that one of Nelsan's last roles ended on a happy note.
