Halle Berry was seemingly game to reprise her X-Men role of Storm in Deadpool & Wolverine but was not approached by Ryan Reynolds.
Berry was asked by Reynolds’ wife, Blake Lively if she would bring the Mistress of the Elements back to life, but she never got a formal offer.
“Blake [Lively] asked me one time, I ran into her at a Marc Jacobs fashion show, and she said, ‘Would you ever be in my husband’s movie as Storm?’ I said, ‘Yeah, if he asked me,’ but he never asked me.”
