Apparently there were two versions for the film and allegedly Justin’s tested better than Blake’s. Ryan’s favorite editor also ended up working on the film.
Justin making her feel uncomfortable is code for she wanted to run things but he’s the director who is the actual boss on a film set. So him being the boss is what she’s pretending made her uncomfortable when that’s actually His job.
Blake being an executive producer is laughable because a) the exec producer is usually financially based (investment) and often a name-only role, versus a regular producer who has ongoing engagement in the final product. Blake has no movie producing experience of note, not even a filmography of note. It’s mostly Traveling Pants, one sleeper hit known only to a small demographic, and a small role in Ben Affleck’s The Town.
I don’t keep up with who on Ontd are Swifties so I’m sorry in advance or nothing personal to anyone but a) there is a through-line to the coordination of everyone unfollowing Justin and freezing him out that is straight from the Taylor broke up with her latest boyfriend (who is the real villain) playbook and b) those who are more team Blake because of her Taylor adjacent relationship.
