It is really insulting that she is trying to play the victim here.
Literal word for word transcript of what she said during her Olympic trials video:
"Besides Simone, I feel like the talent and the depth just isn't like what it used to be. Just notice like, I mean, obviously a lot of girls don't work as hard. The girls just don't have the work ethic."
Her first apology video:
People "misinterpreted or misunderstood what I said and what I meant."
Oh, so when you said there's a lack of talent, depth, and work ethic, you meant...something else? You're not allowed to say words and then say that people misunderstood. You weren't using euphemisms or anything. You came right out and said it, but once there were consequences for what you said, suddenly EVERYONE ELSE was confused and stupid and just didn't understand what you REALLY meant? Sure, Jan!
Also important to note that it wasn't just Simone who she blocked. She was also blocking anyone in her comments who disagreed with her.
But now MyKayla is acting like she's soooo supportive of mental health and supporting other athletes. Please tell me how "we" were "supporting each other" when you went in on your former teammates as being lazy and untalented. What did you think their mental health would be like after they heard what you said about them?
