Wesley Snipes as Blade beats Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, as the former has technically played the character longer (returns count as continuing to play, and seeing as no one else has played live action Blade [yet, if ever], Ok!)
His return comes 25 years 340 days after he first played the character in Blade (1998), meaning he beats out Hugh Jackman for the record of longest career as a live action Marvel character.
