Tati Westbrook announced on YouTube today that she has reached a settlement in a lawsuit against her after 4 years, this before the trial was set to begin this month.

If you remember, her Halo Beauty business partner (Clark Swanson) sued her for trying to pull a fast one and launching Tati Beauty without him or the Halo Beauty brand. As a result, she was forced to shut down her beauty brand during litigation.

She says they reached a settlement over the phone, no lawyers.

Tati and her husband (James) are leaving Halo Beauty. She seemingly will no longer shill those vitamins, but says she has "the upmost confidence in the Halo Beauty brand" and wishes it "continued success."

Tati says that with all the legal drama finally behind her, she can focus on relaunching her beauty brand. "I have my name back and I'm free," she added.

She confirms she was working on a fragrance line and a candle line before the lawsuit. "Litigation got in the way of a lot of things, not just Tati Beauty."
