I’m not feeling this. A bot (who looks like Megan Fox) takes care of a man because his wife cannot. The bot then gets a mind of her own and decides that he’s worth killing for.

What should happen is the bot gets a mind of her own, sees that the man ain’t shit because he won’t even do his own dishes, and is clearly trying to replace his sick wife. So the bot takes the wife and the kids away because they all deserve better.

it'd be a way more interesting story if the wife comes home and she starts plotting the husband's murder with the femmebot. camp it up, make it a gen z (gen alpha? idk) death becomes her, first wives club type thing. as it is, we've seen this story 100x.

I hate to say it but yeah that checks out. I guess if he's like hot and doting on his wife when she's ill someone might want that kind of affection. Still a little tired as a story but at least she's not risking it all for like some Adam Sandler schlubby guy.
